Margarete Cassalina, the author of the memoir, Beyond Breathing and fictional novel See You At Sunset, and her latest book Embracing the Beauty in the Broken will host a group of women from Kenya who work at African Mission Healthcare, and are all Vice Presidents of their departments.
The weekend’s goal is to enjoy the beautiful Hudson Valley (NY) and correlate each experience with life.
DAY ONE:
We will begin with a getting-to-know-you lunch at a private country club; The Powelton Club

A strenuous hike at Mt. Beacon Fire Tower

End DAY ONE with a Wine Workshop evening

DAY TWO:
Morning Coffee (and Tea) discussions
(Good sleep, good health, and a fresh outlook on things are vital components)
Walk across the Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park
(Ready to not just talk the talk but Walk the Walk)
Local Wine tasting at Nostrano Vineyards, a family-owned farm, with live music
(Reflection, celebration, bonds created, tribes are made, villages are built)
Discussions will focus on How to Transform your Life, personal growth, and how to Embrace the Beauty in all things Broken.
